The Etherealist
Beyond Grace
GENRE Behold the face of the idolater, the nihilist philosopher
Unwilling and unable, to believe in anything
Beyond his own existence, no medium, no substance
That cannot be proven, by reason or logic alone
A man forever confined, within the maze of his mind
A labyrinth of lies, of his own design
So he refuses to accept, the illusions and the evidence
Of his senses, before his eyes, all delusions denied
The etherealist, so certain, that nothing else exists
And the mind is all that matters, for the mind is all there is
A man forever alone, beyond all flesh and bone
Where nothing is certain, and nothing can ever be known
The etherealist, so certain, that nothing else exists
And the mind is all that matters, for the mind is all there is
Behold the face of the anointed one, the king of nothingness undone
Unable to distinguish, what is fact from what is fiction
The fallen man, who cannot understand
Anything more than, I think therefore I am
